- DAVE ROSS Dave Ross is a speaker, trainer, facilitator, and leader with more than two decades of experience. Dave is an Air Force Academy graduate and a retired Air Force Officer. He honed his leadership skills as he lead aircrews, commanded a recruiting squadron, supervised air defense operations in Iceland, and operated one of the Air Forces’ largest training operations. He has also worked with numerous public agencies and private concerns as a facilitator and trainer. A gifted communicator, Dave has had a near life long association with Toastmasters International and earned their title of World Champion of Public Speaking in 1991. He has a Bachelors Degree from the United States Air Force Academy and a Masters Degree from Oklahoma City University. Dave Ross is a member of ASTD (American Society for Training and Development), IAF (International Association of Facilitators), NSA (National Speakers Association), and Toastmasters International.
